There is a hike between Goreme and Uçhisar through the Pigeon Valley that takes 2 hours. If you are in Cappadocia with a car, then you will not need to change your hotel. I changed mine from Goreme to Uchisar because I wanted to be close to the attractions here. If you are already staying at Sultan Cave Suites then this will be easy for you. Otherwise, you need to walk here early morning to enjoy the sunset at Sultan Cave Suites with a view of balloons.
